Sanchez Construction Services was established in 2014 to meet the needs of the NASA community and beyond by providing a high quality, low cost solution to the need for construction and maintenance services on base. Since then, we have grown to meet the needs of multiple customers and to meet their demanding timelines. We have a high satisfaction rating, as we complete our projects on time and within budget. We are a Certified Woman Owned Small Business and a Minority Owned Small Business Entity, locally located. We are available 7 days a week to meet the needs of our customers.

Licensed with the State of California (1019987) as a General Building and Engineering Contractor, we have A, B, C-10 and C-36 licenses. We perform Earthwork, Carpentry, Plumbing, Landscaping, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Sheetrock, Windows, Painting, Flooring, and many other trades. We engage in design-build projects, renovation work, as well as new construction. No project is too small or too large, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers and the advancement of standards.
